NORMAN — The University of Oklahoma College of Law jumped nine spots in the latest U.S. News & World Report 2019 Ranking of Best Law Schools to No. 63. The ranking reflects the OU College of Law as Oklahoma’s top law school and as one of the nation’s great public law schools.
“At OU Law, we are dedicated to providing our students with an exceptional legal education,” said OU College of Law Dean Joseph Harroz Jr. “Over the past several years at OU Law, we have made great strides to lead in a time of historic change for law schools. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our faculty, staff and students. While this most recent ranking recognizes our progress, we are careful to not place too much focus on any one accolade. Nevertheless, we are encouraged by the statement our recent recognitions make collectively, and are honored that our college continues to grow and garner national attention.”
